摘要
在电机功率增大但轧制速度保持不变的条件下,2800粗轧机主传动系统需要通过增大轧制力矩以满足生产需要。针对此情况,根据传动轴、工作辊的空间尺寸条件,对人字齿轮及工作辊端扁头和左叉头重新进行设计优化及强度校核,校核结果表明优化设计后的2800粗轧机满足生产要求。
To the main drive system of 2800 rough rolling mill, under the premise of the electric power increases and rolling speed keeps unchanged, the production should be satisfied by increasing the rolling torque. Optimized design and strength check are carried out to the herringbone gear, flat head of working roll and lefl fork head due to the space size conditions of transmission shaft and working roll. And the check result shows that the 2800 rough rolling mill which is optimized designed meets the requirements.
