摘要 为满足年产100万t钢的要求,对330t摆剪进行改造,改造后摆剪的剪切吨位确定为450t,通过采取增大曲轴、立柱危险截面直径及其它部位尺寸,更换减速机,框架钢板由20mm加厚为40mm等一系列措施,达到了在基础基本不变、电控部分不变的情况下,剪切能力提高的目的。本次改造施工时间仅为50h,改造后一次试车成功,当天即达到设计产量。 In order to satisfy the requirement of prcducing 1,000,000 ton steels in one year, reformations for 330t rocking shears were carried out. The cut force that the shears can support was confirmed as 450t. After a series of transforming measures were adopted, the purpose of improving the cutting capacity is reached, while the foundation and electric control system were little changed. These measures are aggrandizing the dangerous section diameter of the crank shaft and upright and other position size, replacing the reducer, thickening the frame armor plate to 40mm from 20ram and so on. So this transformation took 50h construction time only. After transformation, primary test mn succeeded and the designed output was reached at the same day.
