摘要
口供补强证据规则是防止误判,保证判决正确性的重要证据规则,不仅我国学界及实务部门对此研究尚浅,国外学者对补强证据规则的一些方面也存在很多争议,因此有必要对口供补强证据规则的内涵及构成要件部分重新作出界定.
The rules regulating corroborative evidence of confession are important evidence principles to prevent miscarriage of justice, thus guarantee the correctness of the judgement, There are no adequate studies by Chinese scholarship and relevant sectors but many disputes among foreign scholars on the rules regulating corroborative edvidence of confession. Therefore, it＇ s necessary to redefine the connotations and ingredients of the rules.
