摘要
国家已明确新闻出版体制改革的时间表和路线图,科技期刊体制改革形势非常紧迫。通过分析推进科技期刊体制改革需要考虑的现状,探讨科技期刊转企改制的可行路径,倡导科技期刊出版单位尽早认清改革形势,主动加快改革步伐,结合自身实际情况,选择适合发展需求的改革路径,通过改革促进我国科技期刊业进一步繁荣与发展。
The timetable and road map for reform of sci-tech periodicals have been set.The situation is very urgent.This essay analyzes the current situation and explores the feasible path for reform of sci-tech periodicals,appeals the sci-tech periodical publishers to understand the reform situation as early as possible,accelerate the pace of reform,select the reform path according to their own actual situation,and finally promote the prosperity and development of China sci-tech periodicals.
