With the arrival of information era and knowledge economy, science and technology develop rapidly, new industries appear and develop constantly. Everyone must keep learning consistently. Lifelong education and learning society are closely related to the development of adult education. Adult education must be based on open minds, education with characteristics and lifelong education theory. Everyone must positively adapt to the transformation of adult education.
