摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等,对湖南省部分普通高校体育成人高等教育发展现状进行调查与分析,针对用人单位对体育教师需求特征,以体育成人高等教育培养目标和课程设置为切入点,找寻其所存在的问题,提出一些建设性的意见,旨在为我国普通高校体育成人高等教育改革的快速发展提供理论依据。
By using the methods of documents, questionnaire,field observation, logical analysis andmathematical statistics,this paper investigates and analyzes development of sports adult education of regular institutions of higher learning of Hunan Province to find out its problem and offer a number of constructive comments aimed at demand characteristics of employers to sports teachers and with the key point oftraining objectives and curriculum of sports adult education in order to provide some theoretical foundations for rapid development of the reform of sports adult education of regular institutions of higher learning.
