摘要
目的探讨谷精草总黄酮的提取、鉴别及对羟自由基的清除作用。方法利用超声波乙醇浸提法提取谷精草中的黄酮类化合物,采用化学方法对提取物进行定性鉴别,通过分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,并且考察黄酮提取液对羟自由基的清除作用。结果谷精草中总黄酮含量为5.09%,回收率为102.1%。结论该方法简单可靠,能够有效提取谷精草黄酮,而且黄酮提取液对羟自由基有一定的清除作用。该实验结果为进一步开发和利用谷精草提供了理论依据。
Objective To study the extraction and identification of total flavonoids from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern and its Scavenging activity on hydroxyl free radical. Methods The total flavonoids from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern was extracted with ethanol as the solvent by ultrasonic. The quality of extracted flavonoids was identified by chemical methods, and the content of total flavonoids was determined with spectrophotometry. In addition, the effect of extracted flavonoids on hydroxyl free radical was investigated. Results The content of total flavonoids from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern was 5.09% and the recovery rate was 102.1%. Conclusion It is an ideal way to extract flavonoids from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern. The extracted flavonoids show strong scavenging activity on hydroxyl free radical. The results provide a theoretical basis for further development and use of Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern.
