超敏C反应蛋白及低密度脂蛋白在动脉粥样硬化诊断中的价值探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)在原发性高血压动脉粥样硬化(As)早期诊断中的价值。方法选择40-55岁原发性高血压患者共102例。全部对象采用VP-1000全自动动脉硬化测定仪检测双侧臂踝脉搏波速(baPWV)同时测定hs-CRP及LDL-C,以baPWV≥1400 cm/s做为诊断As的标准,将入选的原发性高血压患者分为动脉粥样硬化(As)组和非动脉粥样硬化(uAs)组,对两组间hs-CRP及LDL-C进行统计学分析。结果As组hs-CRP及LDL-C均显著高于uAs组(P<0.01);As组baP-WV与血清hs-CRP及LDL-C之间呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP和LDL-C与As的发生、发展密切相关,可以为原发性高血压As提供早期诊断依据。 Objective To evaluate the value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in the diagnosis of Arteriosclerosis.Methods 102 patients aged 40-55 with essential hyertension were included in this study,and all the subjects were measured for brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) by using an automatic device and serum hs-CRP level and LDL-C.The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity was evaluated with baPWV≥1400cm/s for the diagnostic standard.The patients were divided into two groups according to the baPWV.Two groups were compared and analyzed in hs-CRP and LDL-C.Results Hs-CRP and LDL-C were higher in the group with AS than those in another group(P〈0.01);There were positive correlations between baPWV and hs-CRP,LDL-C(P〈0.05,P〈0.05) in AS group.Conclusion The levels of serum hs-CRP and LDL-C are closely correlated with arteriosclerosis and provide the basis for early diagnosis of arteriosclerosis.
