超敏C反应蛋白及血脂与缺血性脑卒中颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:7

The Relationship Between High-Sensitivity C-ReactiveProtein and Lipid and Carotid Atherosclerosis in Ischemic Stroke

摘要 目的探讨缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血脂与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的关系。方法随机选择IS患者57例,颈动脉超声测定双侧颈总动脉IMT,空腹测定患者血清hs-CRP、血糖(S)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(Cho)及高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c,LDL-C)水平。结果hs-CRP与双侧IMT明显相关,相关系数r分别为0.4274和0.4304(P<0.01);Cho和LDL-C与双侧IMT呈正相关(r=0.3024,0.3273;0.3219,0.3379,P <0.05)。结论hs-CRP可能参与了IS颈动脉粥样硬化的进程,监测血清hs-CRP及血脂等指标对预防由于颈动脉粥样硬化引起的IS有一定临床意义。 Objective To discuss the relationship of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and lipid and carotid intima-medial thickness and confirm the effect of them in carotid atherosclerosis and ischemic stroke coming on. Methods 57 cases of ischemic stroke were selected randomly. Intimamedial thickness of carotid artery were performed by the duplex ultrasonogtaphy. Limosis hs-CRP ,sugar,TG,CHO ,HDL-C and LDL-C were determined. Results hs- CRP were correlative with both IMT obviously. The correlative coefficient were 0.4274 and 0.4304 respectively(P 〈 0.01 ) ; Cho and LDL-C were correlative positively with both IMT(r= 0.3024,0.3273;0.3219,0.3379,P〈 0.05). Conclusion hs-CRP may participate in form of carotid atherosclerosis. There are definite clinical significance of examining hs- CRP and lipid to prevent ischemic stroke due to carotid atherosclerosis.
