摘要
用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对本征态聚苯胺(PAn)的氧化程度进行了研究,并通过对甲基苯磺酸(TSA)的掺杂制备出导电聚苯胺(PAn-TSA),讨论了洗涤条件对PAn-TSA电导率的影响以及PAn和PAn-TSA的热稳定性。结果表明,洗涤是除去PAn-TSA中残留TSA的重要步骤,其适宜条件为:洗涤后滤液的pH<4,否则就会严重影响PAn-TSA的电导率。通过TGA分析说明,PAn和PAn-ISA均具有良好的耐热性能,其热分解温度分别为354.0°和265.6℃。
This paper determined the oxidation degree of polyaniline (PAn) by X - ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and synthesized conductive polyaniline (PAn - TSA) with p - toluene sulfonic acid (TSA) as dopant. It was found that washing conditions exerted effects upon the conductivity of the PAn - TSA and the thermal stability of both the PAn and PAn - TSA. The experimental results verified that washing was an important procedure to remove unreacted dopant from the doped PAn. The value of pH in filter liquor of the PAn - TSA should be controlled below 4, otherwise, washing might be great detriment of the conductivity of the PAn - TSA. The thermal stability of the PAn and PAn - TSA prepared in the present work was excellent, and their decomposition temperature was 354℃ and 265.6℃ respectively.
