摘要
报道了顺-二氯二联吡啶钌(Ⅱ)和顺-二氯二邻二氮菲钉(Ⅱ)的核磁共振氢谱。利用1H-1H COSY谱详细分析并归属了这两种络合物的氢谱峰,并给出了各质子的偶合数,同时验证了其顺式的立体构型。
The proton nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra are reported for Ru (2, 2'bipyridine),Cl2 and Ru (l, 10-phenanroline),Cl2 that have been used as reagents of enzyme-triggered formaiton of electrochemiluminescence. Because of the effect of Ru atom on ligands and steric configuration, it is difficult to attribute spectra of the title moleculers. By using 2D 1H-1H COSY method, the proton spectra were assigned completely. he, the ets configuration of the title moleculers was confirmed and coupling conStants were given.
