Determination of Aminopolysaccharide Sulfate in Shark Cartilage Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 报道了鲨鱼软骨中硫酸氨基聚糖测定的新方法——电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)。该方法简单,分析速度快,准确度高。本文首先提出鲨鱼软骨中硫酸氨基聚糖叙定的经验公式为:Waps=8.227·Ts(Waps为硫酸氨基聚糖含量,Ts为鲨鱼软骨中总硫含量),能满足定量分析要求。 A new method for the determination of aminopolysaccharide sulfate in shark cartilage using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry was developed. A quantitation equation for the determination of aminopolysaccharide sulfate was proposed: Maps = 8. 227 Ts, where W aps is the aminopolysaccharide sulfate content(% ), Ts the total sulfur content(% ), 8. 227 the coefficient for shark cartilage. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quantitative assessment of aminopolysaccharide sulfate in shark cartilage.
