摘要
在日元国际化进程中,政府发挥了关键作用,其国际化政策的制定和相关措施的推行是日元国际化能顺利实现的重要保证,但也存在一些缺陷和不足,这些对人民币国际化道路的构建有一定的借鉴意义。该文认为,一国货币的国际储备地位与该国是否完全自由兑换无绝对关系,货币的国际化必须与该国国内金融体系完善程度相适宜,政府应该通过加强区域经济金融合作推动人民币国际化。
In the process of internationalization of the yen, Japanese government has played a key role. The formulation of its international policy and the implementation of related measures are the important guarantee for the yen internationalization to be smoothly realized, however there are also some imperfections during the process, which has some referential significance for the internationalization of the RMB. This paper argues that the international reserve currency status was no direct link to its full convertibility, but the currency＇s internationalization must be appropriate to its domestic financial system. The government should strengthen regional economic and financial cooperation to promote the RMB internationalization.
