摘要
本文报告胸内恶性淋巴瘤50例,均经病理证实。首发症状以颈部肿块最多见(27例),表浅淋巴结增大7例。X 线表现:两侧纵隔增宽21例,单侧纵隔增宽12例,肺部浸润4例,胸腔积液4例,肺门增大9例。特征性 X 线表现为:两侧纵隔对称性或非对称性膨胀增宽;两侧纵隔轻度增宽,右缘平直。其他不典型的纵隔及肺门改变应结合临床检查进行诊断。
In this paper,50 cases (30 males and 20 females,aged 9— 70)of histopathologically confirmed intrathoracic lymphoma were reported.27 cases had the neck mass,the commonest and the first presented sign.7 cases had superficial lymphadenopathy.X—ray manifestations of this series included:bilateral increase in width of mediastinum(21 cases),unilateral widened mediastinum(12 cases), bilateral hilar enlargement(6 cases),unilateral hilar enlargement(3 eases),lung involvement(4 cases)and pleural effusion(4 cases).The characteristic manifestations were bilateral symmetric or asymmetric expansion of mediastinum,and the straight line change of the riglit margin of the slightly increased mediastinal width.Toget diagnosis by other manifestation may be difficult.
