摘要
采用TPD、TPSR技术研究了铜基催化剂上CO2的吸附行为。结果表明CO2在铜基催化剂上有4个TPD峰,它们代表催化剂表面上的Cu和受ZnO作用的Cu分别对CO2进行线形吸附和桥式吸附的结果。TPSR谱研究表明催化剂预吸附CO后,它能增加有利于甲醇合成的CO2吸附和抑制CO2加氢的逆水汽变换反应,从而增加合成甲醇的选择性和收率。
TPD and TPSR techniques were employed to study the adsorption of CO 2 on Cu based catalysts. There were 4 peaks appearing on the CO 2 TPD profiles, corresponding to CO 2 adsorbed on different active sites (Cu particles and Cu O Zn site) in linear and bridge bonded forms. TPSR result showed that the pre adsorption of CO on the catalysts enhanced the adsorption of CO 2, which would bring about CH 3OH synthesis and inhibit CO 2 hydrogenation to produce CO and H 2O (reverse water gas shift), resulting in an increase in CH 3OH yield.
