摘要
美国排球竞赛管理具有提高与普及并重,多个业余体系并举,大学与中学相互衔接,中学与排协相互补充,运动员比赛次数多以及参赛人数多等特点。美国竞技排球也存在男女发展不平衡和难以职业化两大难题,美国排球界一直在致力于解决相关问题。从5个方面提出了旨在发展我国排球的启示性意见。
The study of the characteristics of the American volleyball match administration showed that the U. S paid equal attention to the promotion and popularity of volleyball. There were many amateur volleyball associations. The college volleyball and high school volleyball went side by side. And the high school volleyball teams worked with the volleyball associations. There were many students playing volleyball and many matches. It was the fact that men＇s athletic volleyball and women＇s volleyball were not developed in balance and it was hard for them to be professional. In this paper, suggestions in view of the Chinese volleyball development were proposed from five aspects.
