摘要
以知识的隐含性、分散性和知识价值作为知识共享的影响因素,并考虑了知识共享和企业创新能力的关系,建立了一个概念框架;在此基础上,运用结构方程模型,实证分析了影响企业内员工知识共享的因素以及知识共享对企业创新能力的影响。研究结果表明,知识共享对企业创新能力存在显著的正向影响;知识的隐含性和分散性对企业内知识共享存在显著的负向影响。研究结果对于大型组织如何通过知识管理提升创新能力具有重要的实践价值。
By considering the effects of knowledge characteristics on knowledge sharing,and the effects of knowledge sharing on firms' innovative capabilities,the paper establishes a conceptual framework.Using structural equation modeling techniques,the paper empirically investigates the relationship between knowledge characteristics' and knowledge sharing,as well as the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative capabilities.We find that tacitness and dispersion of knowledge negatively influence knowledge sharing,while knowledge sharing positively influences firms' innovative capabilities.The empirical findings have significant practical implications for large organizations using knowledge sharing as a way of improving innovation capability.
