摘要
利用排队论方法，定量分析维修排队系统的运行效率，估计修理厂修理任务的满足程度，确定系统参数的最佳值，通过改变维修组数量与结构。
The method of queuing theory is used to analyse quantitaively efficiency of movement of maintenance queuing system,to estimate the contented degree of maintenance task of repairing factory,to determine the best value of system parameters,to incraese work efficiency of maintenance service and improve the total benefit of enterprise through changing quantity and constructure of maintenance teams and groups.
