摘要
据对沙田柚、湛江红橙及胡子鲶鱼进行多年激光诱变育种的研究实际出发，结合有关研究报道，从激光束参数、诱变对象参数。
On basis of research on laser irradiation mutagenic breeding of Shatian Pomelo,Zhanjiang red orange and C.fusus (lacepede) for about ten years.and a great deal of published research articles the selection of the parameters of biological effects of laser irradiation mutation is discussed.This discussion is carried out in three aspects,laser beam parameters,parameters of mutagenized subject,mutagenic effect parameters.The importance of isoemzume mutagenic parameters is presented especially in discussion of mutagenic effect parameters.
