摘要
用ＨＰＬＣ法测定血伤宁中乌头碱的含量．在ＯＤＳ柱上，以甲醇（Ｖ）∶水（Ｖ）∶三乙胺（Ｖ）（７０∶３０∶０．１）作流动相，流速１．０ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长为２４０ｎｍ，平均回收率９０．６０％，变异系数１．２５％．
The determination of Aconitine in Xueshangning by HPLC is reported.The condition of chromatography is :column,SHIMPACK CLCODS(6.0 mm ID×15 cm,5 μm),and methanol(V)∶water(V)∶triethyl amine(V)(70∶30∶0.1) as mobile phase with the flowrate of 1.0 mL/min,and detection wavelength of UV detector at 240 nm.The average recovery is 90.60% and the coefficient of variation is 1.25%.
