摘要
综述近十年中医治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床报导,从固定药方、专方为主随症加味、专方为主分证型加味、辩证分型专方为主的四种治疗方案均取得明显疗效,其中以专方为主随症加味的效果最理想.
This paper summarizes the clinical reports on treating atrophy gastritis with tradi
tional Chinese medicine in the past ten years. The four therapies;regular prescription,special
prescription with addition or reduction of some medicine according the specific symptom,spe
cial prescription with addition or redution of some medicine according to different types of pa
tients -debility or robustness,chills or fever,and special prescription for different types of
patients -debility or robustness,chills or fever,have all achieved remarkable curative effect.
The effect of the special prescription with addition or reduction of some medicine according to
the specific symptom is the most ideal.
