车铣加工中心协同建模与仿真分析

摘要 高档数控机床需要良好的动态性和加工精度,以满足现代机械加工工艺的要求。为了准确的预测车铣加工中心的性能,笔者基于多柔体动力学利用有限元分析和多体系统集成的方法分析机床的动态特性。在多柔体系统理论基础上,通过ADAMS与ANSYS对车铣加工中心进行协同建模与仿真,分别获得其为多刚体和多柔体系统时电机驱动力对比曲线和刀尖轨迹对比曲线。从对比结果可以看出多柔体分析更接近于实际情况。 Modern NC machine tools need high dynamical performance and machining accuracy to keep up with the requirements of modern machining processes.In order to forecast the performance of a turn-milling center,the dynamics of machine tools are analyzed by the integrated method of finite element analysis and multibody system based on flexible multibody dynamics.Collaborative modeling and simulation of the turn-milling center is realized by ADAMS and ANSYS softwares,the comparitive curves of driving forces and the comparitive tool point tracks are obtained when it is flexible multibody and rigid multibody respectively.The simulation results show that flexible multibody is close to the actual condition,so it provides important reference to motor selection and design of modern NC machine tool.
