N-(2-水杨醛缩氨基)苯基-N′-苯基硫脲的合成研究 被引量:2

摘要 以邻苯二胺与异硫氰酸苯酯为原料,制备得中间体N-(2-氨基苯基)-N′-苯基硫脲。然后将其与水杨醛反应得到标题化合物。通过元素分析、红外光谱、质谱及核磁共振氢谱对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征。结果表明,该合成方法具有反应条件温和、反应时间短及操作简便等优点。 Using o-phenylenediamine and phenyl isothiocyanate as starting materials,the intermediate N-(2-aminophenyl)-N′-phenyl-thiourea was conveniently synthesized.And thereby a new Schiff base N-(2-salicylaldehyde-amino) phenyl-N′-phenyl-thiourea was synthesized in high yields by condensation reaction of the intermediate with salicylaldehyde.The structures of the new compound and its intermediate were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,MS and ^1HNMR.The results showed that this new method had the advantages of mild reaction condition,short reaction time and simple operation.
