摘要
采用阴离子表面活性剂油酸钠、十一烯酸钠对氢氧化镁进行表面改性,考察了浓度,温度,pH值,固液比对吸附量的影响。测定了改性前后氢氧化镁的比表面,润湿角,IR等,将改性前后的氢氧化镁填充在EVA树脂中,测定其拉伸强度及氧指数。实验表明:改性后的氢氧化镁在树脂中分散性好,增强了与树脂之间的亲合力,从而改善了材料的力学性能和阻燃性能。
Magnesium Hydroxide was modified by sodium oleate and sodium 10-undecenoate.Sodium oleate and sodium 10-undecenoate adsorption densities at the Magnesium Hydroxide/Water interface were determined at varying anionic surfactant concentrations,temperatures,PH and the ratio of solid/liquid.Finally,modified Magnesium Hydroxide was filled in EVA resin.The results of experiments showed that the EVA compounds filled with modified Magnesium Hydroxide exhibited better mechanical properties than that filled with the common Magnesium Hydroxide.
