摘要
中小型科技企业成长中的高风险性所引致的短寿命、高失败率是学术界和企业界所共同面临的难题。从中小型科技企业成长路径出发,运用AMOS构建中小型科技企业成长机制的统合模型,并对模型要素之间的路径关系进行了检验。研究结果显示,对中小型科技企业成长最具显著性作用的是企业自身的竞争能力,其次是任务环境、成长资源和宏观环境。针对这些研究结果,提出了相应的对策建议。
The short-lived, high failure rate of the small and medium-tech enterprises which caused by high risks in the growth are the common difficulties faced by enterprises and academe.This article started with the growth path of the small and medium-tech enterprises, and then established the integration model of the growth mechanism of the small and medium-tech enterprises using AMOS, and examined the path relations among the model elements.The results showed that the most significant factor to the growth of the small and medium-tech enterprises is the enterprise＇s own competitiveness followed by the task environment, growth resources and the macro-environment.According to this result, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed at last.
