摘要
在公路交通运输中,一些个体营运者和营运公司的驾驶人员在营运过程中不遵守法律法规随意超速、超载,对乘客生命财产安全带来严重威胁。本文设计一种专门用于长途客运车辆载客数量进行监测的装置,实现对营运车辆的载客量的记录和监测,并对超限运输车辆进行及时处理。这可为营运企业的管理和交管部门对车辆的审核提供技术支持。
In the highway transportation,some operators often drive the vehicle with overload and speeding due to a traffic violation, which brings a serious threat for passengers. The paper designs a device, which is used for monitoring the passenger numbers in long-haul passenger vehicles. The device can record and monitor the passenger capacity, and deal with the overloading vehicle in real-time, which can provide a technical support for enterprises and the traffic management department.
