摘要
目的探讨保乳手术在早期乳腺癌的临床疗效及相关技术。方法回顾性分析我院普外科2006年6月-2009年3月间34例行保乳手术的乳腺癌患者的相关资料。行新辅助化疗、乳腺肿瘤局部切除、腋窝淋巴结清扫及术后放化疗、内分泌治疗。结果34例患者均未发生手术并发症,近期效果满意,且美容效果良好。随访3个月至3年,无局部复发。结论早期乳腺癌保乳手术创伤小,疗效确切,提高了患者生活质量。同时,规范化的手术切除、术后放化疗及内分泌治疗是保乳手术获得成功的关键。
Objective To explore the breast-conserving surgery in early breast cancer clinical efficacy and related technologies.Methods A retrospective analysis of a general surgery in our hospital in June 2006-2009 years in March between 34 routine breast-conserving surgery in patients with relevant information,line neo-adjuvant chemotherapy,breast cancer local excision,axillary lymph node dissection and intraoperative after chemotherapy,endocrine therapy.Results 34 patients had no surgical complications,the recent results were satisfactory,and good cosmetic results.Follow-up 3 months to 3 years,no local recurrence.Conclusion Early breast conserving surgical trauma,the exact effect of improved patient quality of life.Meanwhile,the standardization of surgical resection,postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy and endocrine treatment of breast-conserving surgery is the key to success of operation.
