摘要
目的：研究保乳手术治疗女性乳腺癌的临床效果。方法：回顾分析2009年1月~2011年9月我院收治的50例早期乳腺癌患者,应用外科手术治疗结合术后放化疗的方法,随访并总结临床效果。结果：通过外科手术治愈患者其乳腺外形保持良好,并且均未出现乳腺癌局部复发的情况。结论：根据乳腺癌患者病情制定相应保乳手术方法,有利于治愈早期乳腺癌,并保持乳腺良好外观,效果良好。
Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of breast conserving operation.Methods：Choose January 2009 to December 2011 50 cases of surgical treatment of early breast cancer patients is for the study,applying surgical postoperative.chemotherapy,followup of 1 to 2 years to observe the clinical efficacy.Results：All patients were partial or distant recurrence and metastasis,breast looked good.Conclusion：According to the patient’s condition,selecting strict indications,choosing surgery program and comprehensive treatment to treat breast cancer,effect is good.
