摘要
本文分析了残疾人教育所面临的观念、政策以及实践方面的挑战,阐述了融合教育给整个教育系统带来的深远意义,指出建立支持系统尤其是残疾人教育师资的培训和认证系统的紧迫性和必要性。最后,在联合国《残疾人权利公约》的原则及我国相关法律和政策基础上,提出我国残疾人教育可持续发展的建议和期望。
Increasing attention to the disabled people in China brings greater opportunities for the development of the education for the disabled.Therefore,it is extremely important to explore the ways,developmental direction and related issues of the education for the disabled.The article analyzes the challenges from the concept,policy and practice in the education for the disabled,explores the far-reaching significance on the entire education system brought by the integrated education,and points out the urgency and necessity of special education＇s teacher training and certification system.At last,the article puts forward the suggestions and expectation for the sustainable development of education for the disabled.
