摘要
目的了解甘肃省农村不同级别医疗卫生机构门诊与住院费用情况,为促进农村卫生工作提供依据。方法在"甘肃省农村卫生适宜技术推广示范研究"项目试点县选择4个县级医疗机构、2个乡镇卫生院和4个村卫生室进行现场调查,由培训合格的调查员对门诊和住院服务的相关情况进行现场调查,资料整理后输入SPSS数据库分析。结果县级医疗机构门诊、住院费用均高于乡镇卫生院及村卫生室。病人医疗费用付费方式自费与新型农村合作医疗并存,药费占就诊费用的55%以上。结论应大力加强乡村医疗机构的能力建设,提高服务质量,促进新型农村合作医疗可持续发展。
OBJECTIVES To understand cost of outpatients and inpatients of rural medical institutions at different levels in Gansu,and some theory basis were put forward to improve rural health work. METHODS We selected four county-level medical institutions,two township hospitals and four village clinical stations from the pilot county of the project of ＂ research on the popularization and demonstration of health appropriate technology for rural in Gansu＂ . The field survey was completed by trained interviewers who using unified questionnaires with the related situations of outpatient and inpatient. All survey data was entered into computer and analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. RESULTS Cost of outpatients and inpatients in county-level medical institutions were obviously higher than those of township hospitals and village clinical stations. At their own expense and cooperative medical were the two main payment methods of outpatients and inpatients. The medicine expenses occupied more than 55% among all medical care costs. CONCLUSIONS We should vigorously strengthen the capacity building of township and village medical institutions,improve service quality,and promote sustainable development of new rural cooperative medical system.
