摘要
一般而言,农民工由于自身文化水平不高,再加之培训率低、培训质量不高,导致农民工就业质量不高、收入较低,甚至部分农民工为此走上违法犯罪之路。对于发达国家,由于经过较长时间的实践,对流动民工的培训率较高,培训质量较好,相关法律制度也较为健全,这对我国有很重要的启示作用。
Generally speaking, the own cultural level of the peasant laborer is not high, also low in training rate and quality, so the peasant ishorer is hant to be employed and low in income, and even some peasant laborers step onto the road of crime. Compared with the devdoped country, the training rate of the peasant laborers is high and good in quality and the related legal regime is also more perfect, so we should be inspired.
