摘要
目的对海洛因依赖者的家庭成长环境及人格特征进行研究,为预防毒品滥用及海洛因依赖者的干预提供依据。方法对符合中国精神疾病CCMD-3诊断标准的150例海洛因依赖者的家庭成长环境及人格特征的临床资料及MMPI等测查量表结果进行相关分析。结果海洛因依赖者的家庭成长环境以经济条件较好、过于溺爱、成员缺乏交流为主。其MMPI测查发现Hs、Pd、Pt、Sc、Ma等均高于正常人群的T值,剖析图呈48/84型,表现为明显的行为障碍、自控力差、反社会性等。结论海洛因依赖者的家庭成长环境及人格存在一定特征,具有临床意义。海洛因依赖者表现为明显的心理障碍,而心理障碍又与其人格缺损密不可分,其家庭成长环境对其人格特征的形成起着重要作用。
Objective To search family growing up environment and personality of heroin addicter. Methods 150 patients with heroin addicter diagnosed by standard of CCMD-3 were analyzed, including clinical data and MMPI. Results There was significant difference to the others who grew in the good economic condition and family, they spoil and a lack of communication. The measurements of Hs, Pa, Pt, Sc and Ma among MMPI were greater than that of normal people. Conclusion The family environment and personality have the obvious clinical significantly different from that of heroin addicter.
