摘要
核桃（ＪｕｇｌａｎｓｒｅｇｉａＬｉｎｎ．）果皮的发育过程可分为３个阶段，发育时期：外、中、内三层果皮的界线不清，维管束处于发育初期；发育中期：随着中果皮最外侧两层石细胞的出现和薄壁组织细胞体积的迅速扩大以及维管束轮数的增加，使三层果皮具较明显的界线；发育后期：中果皮的维管束递增到４－５轮，内果皮逐渐转化为坚硬的木质化石细胞层。核桃的中果皮内分布的维管束，其类型除外韧型外，还有内韧、双韧、周韧型及不规则类型。由于核桃果实有苞片及花被参加发育，作者认为不是一种真正的核果，可称之为“似核果”
The development of the pericarp of Juglans regia Linn.may be divided into three stages.At the early stage,no boundary line in exocarp,mesocarp and endocarp,the development of vascular bundles is in primary stage.At the middle stage,the boundary line between exocarp,mesocarp and endocarp is clear along with the emerge of two layers of stone cells and speed enlarge of parenchyma cells as well as the increase of vascular bundles in the mesocarp.At the late stage,there are 4-5 vascular bundles in the mesocarp.The endocarp changes into hard shell that is made of lignification stone cells.In addition,there are more types of vascular bundles,such as collateral vascular bundles,internal vascular bundles,bicollateral vascular bundles,amphicribral vascular bundles and other irregular types.Since the bract and perianth are involved in development of fruit, the author supports the idea that the fruit of Juglans regia Linn.may not be a real drupe.
