摘要
研究了溴化酚醛树脂HY—2055用量、硫化时间、炭黑品种及用量对树脂硫化型丁基橡胶(IIR)的应力松弛、热拉伸永久变形及力学性能的影响。结果表明,树脂用量越多、硫化时间越长、炭黑粒径越大且其用量越少,胶料应力松弛就越慢,拉伸永久变形就越小。胶料综合性能最佳时,树脂用量为10份,炭黑N550用量约为50份,硫化条件为175℃±2℃×t90。
The effects of addition level of phenolic resin(HY-2055),curing time as well as the type and loading amount of carbon black(CB)on the stress relaxation,tensil-premanent-set and mechanical properties of butyl rubber composite were investigated.The results showed that the more the amount of resin were,the longer the curing time was and the larger the CB particle size were,the less the CB loading were,the slower the stress relaxation was,the smaller the tensil-premanent-set was.The optimum formulation was to add 10 phr resin(HY-2055),50phr CB(N550),and the vulcanization condition was t90at(175± 2)℃.
