摘要
在不同的温度下合成了氯含量≤30%的低度氯化聚乙烯(LCPE),讨论了氯化温度、氯含量对LCPE的结晶度、物理机械性能的影响,同时也研究了LCPE的热氧稳定性能。发现低氯含量的LCPE不如原料HDPE耐氧化,LCPE也容易脱HCl和交联,但LCPE的氯含量增加到7.4%时,其脆化时间发生突跃。氯含量<7.4%的LCPE和HDPE在老化过程中都有一个从易脆化到耐脆化的转变。
Low chlorinated polyethylene(LCPE)samples with≤30%Cl were synthesized at differenttemperatures. The relationships among chlorination temperature,chlorine content,crystallinity. physical mechanical properties,and stability of LCPE were discussed.LCPE was found to bemore liable to oxidation,dehydrochlorination and cross- linking than HDPE.A significantincrease in the brittleness time of LCPE were observed when the chlorine content of LCPEwas up to 7.4%.It was found thatduring the aging process the brittleness properties ofLCPE with a chlorine content of<7.4%and HDPE underwent significant improvement.
