摘要
基于2010年上海世博会工程建设总体项目管理实践,针对实体界面、组织界面、合同界面和进度控制界面提出了建设项目界面管理的工具和方法。为我国今后进行类似大型集中开发的工程建设项目积累宝贵的经验并提供理论借鉴。
Based on the practices in general project management of engineering 2010 EXPO, tools and methods for management of construction projects are proposed construction of Shanghai on the aspects of entity interface, organization interface, contract interface and schedule control interface. Precious experiences are accumulated and theoretical references are provided for concentrated-developed domestic similar large engineering construction projects.
