摘要
针对建议压缩、甚至取消法律本科专业的观点,分析了这种观点来自对教育市场化和政法法律职业培养的狭隘认识,模糊了大学本科法律教育的自身定位,在实践中也并不可行。阐述了法律精英的培养决非简单提高办学层次就能获得成功,它需要与司法制度和职业环境的协调配合。提出法律本科教育担负着重要的培养法治国家的公民教育的职责,具有不可替代的地位,不可轻言废除。
According to the advice to abolish or limit legal science undergraduate course, it is analyzed that this suggestion has blurred the undergraduate legal education, self-positioning and in practice it is also not feasible. The cultivation of elite law school level can be increased by no means simple and successful and it needs the judi- cial system and the occupational environment coordination. In the academic ability of students in education and training, legal science undergraduate course have the important value of philosophy and practice.
