摘要
法律本科教育是一项以传授法律知识、训练法律思维、培养合格"法律人"为基本内容的教育活动。我国目前的法律本科教育在训练法律思维方面还存在许多不足,需要通过一系列理论课程的设置和实践教学环节的设计来提高学生的法律实践能力,训练学生的法律思维。
The education of law undergraduates is an educational activity taking the imparting of law knowledge, the training of law thinking, and the fostering of competent ＂legal man＂as basic contents. Currently there are many defects in the training of law thinking in the education of law undergraduates, so there is the need of establishing a series of theoretical courses and the designing of practical teaching elements, in order to enhance the undergraduates＇ competence of law practice, and train the undergraduates＇ law thinking.
