摘要
介绍了高校图书馆学科馆员参与文献资源建设的现状,重点阐述了学科馆员在获取文献信息、确保重点学科文献资源建设、深层次开发和利用文献资源及有效提高图书馆经费利用率等方面的作用及具体措施。
Status quo of subject librarians in literature resource development of college and university libraries was described. Their role in access to literature information, literature resource development for key subjects, further development and use of literature resources and effective use of library funds was discussed. Meanwhile, certain measures for bringing their role into full play were proposed.
