Through practicing the specialized service, the university library connects the specific subject readers and the library into an entirety, which forms an interactive optimal circulation, and which not only provides individualized specialized service for the readers but also promotes the construction of university library＇s holding resources and human resources, and accelerates the all-round development of university library cause.
