大米草盐胁迫蛋白的表达及cDNA文库的构建 被引量:3

摘要 以真盐生植物大米草为材料,发现经盐胁迫后,在SDS-PAGE谱带上,出现了分子量为27kD的特异性谱带,同时分子量为75kD的蛋白质表达明显增强。在此基础上,构建了盐胁迫下大米草的cDNA文库。库容量为3.25×106,可供进一步筛选与耐盐性有关的cDNA克隆。 Soil salinity is a major factor limiting plant growth. In response to salt stress plants have developed various types of physiological and biochemical adaptability. The gene expression is an important aspect in the search for salt tolerant adaptability. In this study common cordgrass (Spartina anglica) was examined under salt stress conditions and a cDNA library of 3.25×10 6 volume was constructed for selecting salt tolerance related genes.
