摘要
北京地区早熟禾叶斑(枯)病病原菌为早熟禾德斯霉,病原生物学研究表明:孢子萌芽的适宜温度为16~32℃,菌丝体生长的适宜温度是24~32℃。早熟禾榨出液对孢子萌芽有显著促进作用。24℃下病菌产孢量显著高于其他温度;PS2A培养基上产孢量最多。20℃和25℃下的病情指数显著高于其他温度。杀菌剂试验表明:70%代森锰锌、80%大生和50%扑海因对该病有很好的预防保护作用。
Leaf spot (blight) of Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis) in Beijing was caused by Drechslera poae (Baudys) Shoem. This study on the biological characteristics of the pathogen indicated: the optimum temperature for conidia germination was 16~32℃, for coenobium growth was 24~32℃;the extracted sap from bluegrass leaves had a significant stimulating effect on spore germination; at 24℃ conidia were produced more than at other temperatures, with the highest produce on PS 2A medium; at 20℃ and 25℃ the disease indices were the highest. It was also shown that fungicide mancozeb of 70% concentration, dithane M 45 of 80% and iprodione of 50% had very good preventive and protective effects against the disease.
