摘要
目的:对3个品种(桂花贵妃红、晚银桂和窈窕淑女)的桂花叶和花石油醚提取物α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用进行研究。方法:采用索氏提取法提取桂花的叶和花提取物,以96微孔板法测定α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用。结果:3种桂花的叶和花均有较好的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用,其中以贵妃红叶提取物的活性最好(IC50=68.26 mg/L),其次为晚银桂叶和窈窕淑女叶部分提取物(IC50=145.25 mg/L和145.08 mg/L),远低于阳性对照Acarbose(IC50=1081.27 mg/L)。结论:3个品种的叶和花部分提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制效果均很好。
Objective: To investigate α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of three species Guifeihong,Wanyingui and Yaotiaoshunv Osmanthus fragrans Lour.petroleum ether extracts.Methods: The different extracts were extracted by Soxhlet,and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity was screened by the 96-microplate-based method.Results: The leaves and flowers of three species O.fragrans showed good inhibitory activity.The petroleum ether extract of Guifeihong had the highest inhibitor activity(IC50=68.26 mg/L),and followed by Wanyingui(IC50=145.25 mg/L) and Yaotiaoshunv(IC50=145.08 mg/L),which is more lower than that of Acarbose(IC50=1081.27 mg/L).Conclusion: All extracts from Osmanthus fragrans Lour.have good inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase.
