力学载荷刺激新骨形成局部机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 力学载荷在刺激新骨形成中具有重要作用。增加力学载荷(如运动、机械振动)能够提高骨量,改善骨结构;而力学载荷缺失(如太空行走、长期卧床等)会导致骨量丢失,出现骨质疏松:力学载荷刺激新骨形成的途径目前尚不明确,但有研究证明局部机制比全身机制可发挥更重要的作用。就力学载荷刺激新骨形成的局部机制作一综述。 Mechanical loading plays an important role in stimulating osteogenesis. Increasing mechani- cal loading, via sports and mechanical vibration may increase bone mass and induce better microstrueture, where- as, lack of mechanical loading in the situation like space walking, long bed-ridden, etc, results in bone loss and osteoporosis. Although the mechanism through which mechanical loading stimulates bone formation is not clear, experiments have proved that local mechanism is more important than systematic mechanism. This article aims to review the local mechanism of mechanical loading stimulating osteogenesis.
