骨细胞参与骨力学调控的研究进展

摘要 骨细胞是力学载荷的主要感应细胞,可感知力学刺激的变化,参与骨重塑过程,通过影响成骨细胞、破骨细胞参与调控骨形成和骨吸收,在骨的力学调控中发挥重要作用。本文综述了骨细胞在力学调控中的作用及其对成骨细胞、破骨细胞的影响,希望能为骨细胞生物力学方面的研究提供新思路。 Osteocyte is the chief sense cell of mechanical loads, It reacts to different mechanical stimuli and participates in bone remodeling. Furthermore, osteocyte can regulate the formation and resorption of bone via affecting osteoclast and osteoblast, and play an important role in bone mechanostat. This article reviewed the effect of osteocyte on mechanostat and its influence on osteoblast and osteoclast in order to provide some new ideas for the study of osteocyte biomechanics.
