摘要
在利用非金属矿物浮岩和沸石独特的物理结构和化学活性的基础上,经过化学改性处理,研制出一种新型非金属保鲜剂,并探讨了保鲜机理。常温下用于对菜豆、黄瓜等蔬菜的保鲜,通过对保鲜前后Vc、蛋白质、粗纤维、水分等主要营养成分的测定。结果表明,保鲜效果令人满意,为开发和应用非金属矿产资源开辟了一条新途径。
In this paper, a new type of nonmetallic mineral storage and fresh-keeping material has been worked out, on the basis of the special physical construtions and the high degree of the chemical activities. And the fresh-keeping mechanism has also been discussed. By comparing the experimental results of the freshed vegetables with that of before freshed, a satisfactory fresh effects are obtained. This method has provided a new prospects of exploring and applying the plentiful nonmetallic mineral material.
