摘要
目的评价某院近5年医疗工作质量,为医院管理决策提供科学依据。方法选择反映工作效率、医疗质量的10项统计指标,应用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果该院工作质量综合评价最佳年度为2008年,2007年次之,工作效率和医疗质量的综合指数自2004年以来逐年上升。结论运用综合评价指标体系,可合理地评价医院医疗工作质量。
Objective To evaluate the medical quality of a hospital during the past five years and provide a scientific basis for decision making of the hospital management.Methods 10 indicators best reflecting the work efficiency and medical quality were selected to evaluate the medical quality by principal component analysis.Results During the past five years,the best hospital quality assessment occurred in 2008,followed by 2007;the composite index of work efficiency and medical quality increased year by year since 2004,which was consistent with the reports reflected.Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation index system,can reasonably evaluate the medical quality.
