摘要
医疗改革的发展,使病案被社会利用的范围逐步扩大并引发了一系列问题。如何解决病案的社会利用与医、教、研利用关系,有效保护病案原件。
With the development of health care reform,the utilization of medical records has gradually expanded,which thus triggered a series of problems.The authors explored how to solve the relationship between medical records used by society and by medical care,teaching and research,in order to protect the original medical records effectively.
