摘要
病案是医疗活动中形成的具有法律效力的珍贵资料,它既关系着患者的切身利益,也反映了医院的技术力量和管理水平。本文通过对某医院2005年至2008年住院病案的社会利用率和用途进行统计分析,发现病案的社会利用逐年增长,其用途也趋于多样化。同时,针对病案在利用过程中存在的问题提出一些解决办法,使病案的社会价值得以更好地体现。
Medical records are valuable documents with legal effect which are formed during medical activities. They not only affect patients＇ vital interests, but also reflect hospitals＇ technical forces and management levels. This article analyzed the social utilization ratio of impatient medical records in a certain hospital from 2005 to 2008. We found that the social utilization of medical records increased year by year, and their application also tended to be diversified. Meanwhile, we presented some approaches to solve the problems which happened during using process to better reflect the social value of medical records.
