整体叶盘五坐标数控抛光机设计与应用 被引量:5

摘要 整体叶盘是典型的复杂、薄壁、整体化新型结构件,其表面抛光质量和抛光精度会显著影响其使用寿命和性能。着重针对数控抛光机床所涉及的关键部件设计与应用做了深入的研究与探讨,并对五坐标数控抛光机设计中遇到的几个问题,包括数控系统、伺服电机的选择以及整个机床的电气控制系统的设计做了较详细的介绍,并设计出适用于整体叶盘表面抛光的原理样机。经初步实验验证该样机能满足整体叶盘表面抛光质量的要求。 Blisk is typical of a new type of structure which is complex,thin-walled and integral structural. Aiming emphatically at the polishing machine which involves in the design and selection of the key parts has done the thorough research and discussion. And five-axis NC polisher designed meets several problems,which include NC system,servo motor choice as well as the design of the entire polishing machine for electrical control system has done a more detailed introduction. And designing out the principle model machine applying to the blisk surface polishing,by that the first step experiment verifies that the call for being the model machine's turn to be able to satisfy the blisk surface polishing mass.
